Returns Information

Authorization is required prior to exchanging any merchandise. You must contact us within 14 days of purchase at VP@reinastores.com before exchanging any items to receive a return authorization number (RA#) which must be marked on the outside of the package. Reinastores does not guarantee that the pillow insert ordered will meet the needs of their customized project and is therefore non-returnable. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition. No exchane will be made prior to receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Company policy dictates that customers pay all freight charges for all exchanged items as freight charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, or if accepted by Reine Espernaza Company in error, will not receive any refunds or credits.

Refused Shipments

Any shipments returned Refused for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipping arrangements will be made. Furthermore, any refused shipments returned to Reina Esperanza Company do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. In addition, no shipping costs will be refunded.

Unclaimed Shipments

Any shipments returned UNCLAIMED for any reason will require additional shipping to be paid prior to re-shipping. We are sorry, but we can not be responsible for customers not claiming their package(s), nor is Reina Esperanza Company responsible for lost or stolen packages or items after delivery by the shipping company. In addition, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from any refunds, or no refund may be given if it is determind that the package was not claimed in an attempt to refuse it (see “Refused Shipments” above). No shipping charges will be refunded.
